1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the site https://francescoscarparomodel.com, run by Francesco Scarparo, P.IVA 05787270288. By browsing the site or sending the contact form you accept the conditions described on this page. For the use of your personal data please refer to the Privacy Policy.

2. Site content

The site presents the photographic portfolio and the technical sheet of Francesco Scarparo, freelance model: book, video, fields of work and references. The content (photographs, measurements, statistics, testimonials) is for information purposes and presents work and collaborations already carried out.

3. Booking requests

The contact form forwards the data you fill in through the Resend service, which sends an email to me and a confirmation one to you: no data is saved in a database. Before you can send the form you must tick a mandatory checkbox confirming that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy: without this confirmation the form cannot be sent. Sending this request does not constitute an order, a contract or a binding commitment by either party. An actual booking, with the related quote, timing and financial conditions, is defined only in a separate agreement arranged directly after the initial request.

4. Intellectual property

The photographs, videos, texts, graphics and source code of this site are owned by Francesco Scarparo or by the respective photographers/brands mentioned in the credits, and may not be copied, redistributed or reused without written authorisation. The logos and trademarks of the brands and collaborations shown in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". Despite the effort put into keeping the content updated and correct, I do not guarantee that it is always free of errors or constantly up to date (e.g. measurements, statistics or details about the collaborations presented). I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from the impossibility of using it, except in the cases mandatorily provided for by law.

6. Links to external sites

The site contains links to third-party profiles (Instagram, TikTok). These links are provided for convenience: I have no control over the content of those sites and I am not responsible for it.

7. Proper use of the site

By using this site you undertake not to:

• attempt unauthorised access to the systems or the content of the site;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools to collect the content of the site, including the photographs;
• carry out actions that may damage, overload or interrupt the operation of the site;
• use the contact form for purposes other than a genuine request (e.g. spam).
