1. Data controller

The controller of the data collected through this site is Francesco Scarparo, P.IVA 05787270288. For any request concerning this notice or your data you can write to scarparofrancescomodel@gmail.com.

2. Data collected

When you fill in and send the contact form, the following data is transmitted to the site server and from there forwarded through the Resend service: name, email address, type of work, dates (if provided) and the message describing the project. The server does not save this data in a database: it only receives it in order to forward it as an email, to me and as a confirmation copy to you. Before you can send the form you must also tick a mandatory checkbox confirming that you have read and accepted this notice and the Terms of Service.

The site also saves, only on your device through the browser local storage, your light/dark theme preference. It is not personal data and it is never transmitted anywhere else.

While browsing, only after your consent through the cookie banner, the following is collected in anonymous or pseudonymised form: pages visited, time spent on the site, device/browser used and interactions with the page (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling), through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Without consent these tools remain disabled.

3. Purposes of the processing

The data I may receive by email from the contact form is processed exclusively to reply to your booking or information request and to assess and manage any collaboration. The browsing data collected after consent is used to analyse, in aggregate form, how the site is used and to improve its experience. In no case is this data used for marketing purposes or transferred to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

The processing of the data you send me by email is based on the consent you give when you choose to fill in the form, tick the acceptance checkbox and send the message (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, for the handling of the request, on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The processing of browsing data through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity is based exclusively on the consent given through the cookie banner (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and can be withdrawn at any time from the banner itself.

5. Third-party services

These external services are used to make the contact form work and to analyse traffic:

• Resend — sends the email with the contact form data to my inbox and the confirmation email to you. It receives the name, email, type of work, dates and message you submit.
• Google Analytics 4 — traffic and behaviour statistics for the site, in aggregate form. Active only after consent.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and anonymous session recording, to understand how the site is used and where to improve it. Active only after consent.

The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field (honeypot): if it is filled in by a bot, the request is discarded without being forwarded. The Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp links on this page lead outside the site, to third-party platforms that process data according to their own privacy notices, over which I have no control.

6. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies, necessary for the banner itself to work, and third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), installed only after your explicit consent. Consent is collected and managed through CookieScript, which shows a banner on the first visit and lets you accept, reject or customise the cookie categories at any time from the related settings available on the site.

7. Data retention

The server does not save the form data in a database: it only receives it for the time needed to forward it as an email through Resend, after which no trace of it remains on the server side. The data sent through the form therefore lives in your email and in my inbox, for the time needed to handle the request and any professional relationship that follows from it, unless different legal obligations apply (e.g. tax retention of accounting documents).

8. Your rights

At any time you can request, by writing to scarparofrancescomodel@gmail.com:

• access to the personal data concerning you;
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure of the data ("right to be forgotten");
• restriction of the processing;
• data portability;
• objection to the processing;
• complaint to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data protection authority).

9. Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The data sent through the form travels encrypted and is forwarded to the email sending service without being saved in a database.

10. Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated over time, for example if new features are added to the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
